How to Apply

Step 1: Submit an Application

In order to start the adventure for a Kline Kennel K9 you need to submit a puppy application. Once you submit your application we will set up a phone interview with you to initiate a conversation with us and tell us a bit about yourself and what you have in mind for your future pup! Completion of the Puppy Application does not guarantee that you will be approved or commit you to anything yet.

Step 2: Receive approval

After we review your application wait to hear back from us via email about your application status. We typically respond within 2-3 business days. We’ll respond with your approval or refusal. We reserve the right to deny anyone at any time if we feel that they’re not the right fit for one of our puppies.

Step 3: Submit a Reservation fee

Once you are approved, your next step is to submit a NONREFUNDABLE $250 fee. We accept Venmo, Cash App, Paypal (fees apply), and apple pay. If those options do not work for you we can discuss different options. Once the reservation fee is received you will be added to our master list in order of when your reservation fee was paid. Once pregnancy is confirmed via ultrasound we will contact you and see if you would like a puppy from that litter. You may choose to skip a litter up to two times.

Step 4: Waiting (the hardest part)

Good things take time, and are so worth the wait!
